About Us

We have 2 Full time CRNA jobs available rotating between 2 surgery centers and 1 hospital facility. We are open to a schedule of 3 weeks on 1 week off but we are flexible on the type of schedule desired. 

  • Work will be at Sweetwater Surgery Center and Aspen Mountain Medical Center in Rock Springs WY and Western Wyoming Medical in Lander WY.

  • Bread and butter cases. Cases will mainly be orthopedics, GI, pediatric, ophthalmology, and urology.

  • No OB no ER.

  • Extremely quiet call.

  • Blue skies 300 days a year with 4 seasons. Great western lifestyle with excellent fishing, boating, and recreation nearby.

  • Small town living close to metropolitan areas.

  • 1099 position

  • Salary Negotiable

  • Openings are available immediately

  • Accepting new graduate
